Sastojci
Priprema
Izmjesati sve sastojke za dizano tijesto i ostaviti prekriveno sa plasticnom folijom: par sati na sobnoj temperaturi ili u hladnjaku preko noci.
Sipati dizano tijesto u veliku zdjelu i umjesati vodu, soli, med, ulje i zgnjeceni avokado. Dodati brašno (+eventualno 1 dl laneno sjeme i 1 dl sjeme od suncokreta) i mjesati dok tijesto nepostane glatko i fino. Ostaviti tijesto sat vremena (prekriveno sa plasticnom kesom i krpom) .
Oblikovati polovinu na okruglu pogacu a staviti drugu polovinu u formu za hleb (moze se napraviti i 2 obicne pogace). Ostaviti jos 45 min na sobnoj temperaturi.
Premazati pogace sa hladnom vodom i peci na 220 stepeni oko 35 min (zavisi od rerne). Pusiti da se dobro ohladi pre rezanje.
